Found a gem in the grilled fish at Santorini Restaurant, just a stone's throw away! The vibe around Hyde Park is lively, and the nearby pubs like Kings Head add to the charm.

due to a family emergency, I had to cut my stay short. Despite the effort to reach out, the hotel went MIA and falsely marked me as a no-show. Cheers to better days!

The location was just perfect, right near Hyde Park. The bed was flippen comfy, and the deluxe suite had a massive bathroom with loads of space. Honestly, we were shocked at how cheap it was for all the lekker room!

Just a touch of noise from other guests, but nothing too wild.

The bed was super comfy! 😊 But the broken kettle was a bummer, and the broken toilet seat took a while to fix. Still, you can't beat the perfect location and spacious bathroom in the deluxe suite!

The room configuration showed an unexpected charm with beds pushed together, creating a cozy but slightly unconventional sleeping arrangement that could work for close couples looking for a unique experience.

The lack of an elevator turned the stay into a challenging trek for those with heavy bags or mobility issues, especially navigating narrow and steep stairs. Insufficient signage for room numbers added to the confusion and made locating rooms unnecessarily difficult. Noise insulation was practically nonexistent, leading to conversations from neighboring rooms echoing throughout the night and disrupting sleep.

The room had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Super comfy bed and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the electric kettle for tea. Good shower too! There were great amenities like a hairdryer and iron. Plus, enjoyed the spa facilities! Perfect for a relaxing stay.

The location near Hyde Park and Notting Hill was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the area. the room felt cramped for two, and noise insulation was inadequate—every conversation from neighboring rooms echoed through the walls. we were disappointed to find two separate beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed. the fresh salads served during dinner were a delightful treat, offering a nice break from heavier fare.
